Restrictions: Licensee shall not: a. Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. b. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession. 5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software. 7.
