Helpdesk Subtag

There is a need to be able to define subtags for helpdesk tickets.
So this module adds the functionality to create a tag tree in order to be able to select more specifically what kind of tickets are you handling.

Configuration
=============
No configuration needed for this module.
Usage
=====
To use this module, you need to go to Helpdesk -> Configuration -> Tags and create a new tag with its main_tag_id. Then, assign the subtags to each ticket.
Known issues / Roadmap
======================
There are no issues for the moment.
