Gives access to CTS3-related API provided in *MPuLib* communication library.
Installation
============
CTS3 Python wrapper is published on `PyPI <https://pypi.org/project/ni-cts3>`_ and can be installed from there::
python -m pip install --upgrade ni-cts3
