By default timesheet lines appear on invoices when they are confirmed.
With this addon timesheet lines are linked when invoice lines are created.
This same logic is already implemented in v12.

Add tests for taxes and discounts (for now done just in UI).
Add tests on massive data creation lines for different projects, oparations on few SO at the same time.
Review for posible optimization of search and write for timesheet lines.
