Usage
=====
To use this module, you need to:
#. Go to Contacts.
#. Create a new record.
#. Put a SteuerNummer in the VAT field preceded by 'DE'.
#. It won't fail.

Known issues

* This validator only checks that number is 10 or 11 digit length. Validation
depends on Tax Office that generates the SteuerNummer.
