This module adds a no_price parameter to the shopinvader sale REST API to download the sale order report without price.

Usage
=====
Activation is automatic.
Use the no_price parameter on the /sales/{id}/download rest endpoint:
- /sales/{id}/download?no_price=true for a report without price
- /sales/{id}/download?no_price=false for a report with price (default)
