Restrictions: No Resale: The Licensee shall not sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or any derivative works based on the Software. The right to use the Software for commercial purposes does not include the right to sell the Software itself or any copies thereof, either for commercial gain or free of charge. No Modification: Licensee shall not modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works from the Software without prior written consent from Licensor. License Inclusion and Attribution Required: Any copy or distribution of the Software shall include this license in its entirety, and indicate if changes were made to the Software. The license will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this license. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet Licensee's requirements or that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral. This license is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. By using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the Software. |
