Teacups Listener (TeaL)

**TeaL**, short for *Teacups Listener*, is an event listener and dispatcher for
interactive applications requiring ping, push and callback events from
external sources.
The website and documentation are accessible on `teal.teapots.fr`_.
The code and documentation contents is licensed under CeCILL_ 2.1; see
