# Trust Platform Design Suite - dsPIC33 Connect Extension
This package is needed to add support for USB to UART conversion (over MCP2221A) which allows the Trust Platform Design Suite to communicate with dsPIC devices.
## Setup
Kit Protocol is required to provision a Secure Element using the Trust Platform Design Suite. This firmware can be installed through the CryptoAuthentication Library in MPLAB® Code Configurator.
